At the age of 10, Josh moved to New York with his family from Israel, where he grew up in Brooklyn and Queens. Even at an early age, Josh was an entrepreneur at heart with an interest in real estate. The excitement of helping people with the biggest purchase of their life and having the flexibility to set his own schedule inspired Josh. When he was 20, he started his first real estate sales job, working for a developer in Brooklyn while studying engineering and architecture at Queens College.
His studies would prove invaluable as his real estate career progressed. Four years later, Josh ventured out and opened his own real estate brokerage and investment company, focused on purchasing, renovating, selling, and renting distressed properties.
It’s this experience that sets Josh apart. Joshua leads with his values, he strives for excellence, believes it’s important to remain ethical, and feels a sense of responsibility while working with each of his clients. Josh is the father of two teens. When he is not working, he loves spending time with them as a dad. They are residents of Long Island and enjoy traveling together. Josh also enjoys playing basketball.
